Please visit my Virtual Appointment Website to request and schedule a 30 minute consult with us. Select the option "New Client", and you will receive a link to your client portal. You are required to complete the documents and answer the Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder Questionnaire in your client portal within 72 hours of your appointment to avoid cancellation.
