Please visit my Virtual Appointment Website to request and schedule a 30 minute consult with me. Select the option "New Client", and you will receive a link to your client portal. You are required to complete the documents and answer the Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder Questionnaire in your client portal within 72 hours of your appointment to avoid cancellation.

During our consult I will answer all of the questions you may have about myofunctional therapy and we'll see if OMT is right for you.
